Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how INOBY CHARTER SOLUTIONS ICS L.L.C-FZ ("Inoby", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit inoby.com, send a quote request or contact us. We follow the data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Privacy Policy last updated: 24 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

INOBY CHARTER SOLUTIONS ICS L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Meydan Free Zone licence No. 2421938.01). Email: info@inoby.com. You can find our full company details in our Legal Notice.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Quote request form: your name and email address. If you provide them, also your company, phone number, route (from and to), charter type, ready date and cargo details. We also record that you accepted this Privacy Policy when you sent the form.
  • Email or phone: your contact details and the information in your message.
  • Website visits: technical data that your browser sends automatically. This includes your IP address, the date and time of access, the pages you request, your browser type and your operating system. Our hosting provider records this data in its server logs.
  • Website analytics (only if you accept cookies): how you use the website. This includes the pages you view, time on page, how you arrived (for example from a search engine), your approximate location (country or city), device type, browser and whether you sent a quote request. We collect this data with Google Analytics, see section 3.

We do not use advertising or social-media tracking tools. We host the fonts of this website on our own server, so your browser sends no data to font providers.

3. Cookies and Google Analytics

On your first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Until you click "Accept", the website sets no cookies and does not load Google Analytics. If you click "Decline", the website loads nothing. Your browser stores your choice in local storage, not in a cookie, so the banner does not appear on every page.

If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4. Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google") provide this web analytics service. Google Analytics sets the following cookies:

  • _ga: distinguishes visitors; expires after 13 months.
  • _ga_KKNBPNE8N1: keeps the state of the current session; expires after 13 months.

Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We have turned off data sharing with Google for its own products and services. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising. Google keeps the analytics data for 14 months and then deletes it automatically. You can read how Google uses this data on Google's privacy page.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, the website deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

4. Protection of the quote form against misuse

To protect the form against spam and automated abuse, the website limits the number of requests from one connection. For this purpose, it stores a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and the time of the request. The website deletes these records automatically after 24 hours.

5. Why we use personal data

  • To prepare and send charter quotations, answer your request and communicate with you about it.
  • To send an automatic confirmation that we received your request.
  • To arrange and perform charter, brokerage and forwarding services if you instruct us.
  • To operate, secure and maintain the website, and to detect and prevent misuse.
  • If you accept analytics cookies, to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We process personal data on these legal bases: your consent when you send the form, contact us or accept analytics cookies; steps at your request before a contract; our legitimate business interests, such as website security; or a legal requirement.

6. Who we share personal data with

  • Service providers that support us. These are our website and email hosting provider, its email security (spam filtering) service, and Google for website analytics if you accept analytics cookies. They process data on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Aircraft operators, handling agents, trucking companies and customs brokers, to the extent we need to quote for or perform a charter you request.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it, for example for flight permits or customs.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Charter services are international by nature. We may therefore share the details we need to quote for or perform a flight with operators and agents in other countries. Our email security provider and Google (for website analytics, if you accept it) may also process data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to protect your personal data adequately.

8. How long we keep personal data

We keep quote requests and correspondence for as long as we need them to handle your request and our business relationship. After that, we keep them only as long as legal, accounting or record-keeping rules require. The website deletes form protection records after 24 hours. Google deletes website analytics data after 14 months. Our hosting provider keeps server log data for a limited period for security purposes.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) for this website and its form.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to its processing, and a copy of your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time. For analytics cookies, use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@inoby.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in the United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You can always find the current version of our Privacy Policy on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
